About the role

Omnea is rapidly expanding its US presence and seeks a Founding Head of Talent to lead Go-to-Market hiring. This role involves building robust talent pipelines and establishing the foundational elements of the US talent function. You will own the entire GTM hiring lifecycle, from initial sourcing to candidate closing, with a focus on quality and strategic partnership with leadership.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of Go-to-Market hiring, including Sales, Customer Success, and Growth roles.
• Develop and manage extensive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and outreach campaigns.
• Meet challenging GTM hiring targets while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality.
• Partner directly with GTM leadership to define role specifications and success profiles.
• Refine hiring processes, coach interviewers, and build scalable systems for the talent function.
• Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
• Cultivate a strong personal network of top GTM talent within the industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups with a GTM focus, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in recruiting or business development, consistently meeting ambitious targets.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or Growth roles is essential.
• Strong focus on outcomes, with the ability to prioritize and measure success by results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, seeking ownership and the opportunity to build a function.
• Bias for action, moving quickly to test ideas and execute with minimal guidance.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills for outreach, interviews, and strategic discussions.
• Proactive and accountable, taking initiative and seeking feedback.
