You will partner closely with leaders across Germany and the wider Finance team to deliver meaningful insights, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision making. This role is about influencing business decisions, challenging assumptions, building robust financial models, and helping ensure we are investing in the right opportunities at the right time. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into clear narratives that guide leadership and commercial teams toward better outcomes. Ultimately, you will help establish scalable financial planning processes while embedding a culture of data-driven accountability across the German business as we grow rapidly.
