This role is central to ensuring Omada Health successfully delivers complex, large-scale initiatives. You will guide Engineering, Product, and Design teams to execute against strategic goals, ensuring reliable and cohesive product launches. Your focus will be on operational excellence and cross-functional alignment.

What you'll do
- Drive the operational framework for integrated EPD launch plans for significant, technically intricate projects involving multiple teams.
- Oversee discussions among EPD leadership to align on project timelines, dependencies, critical paths, and expected outcomes, intervening to remove obstacles without managing daily tasks.
- Maintain a clear understanding of project status, potential risks, dependencies, and decisions, actively resolving issues when plans deviate.
- Ensure teams plan effectively and execute according to the product roadmap, holding them accountable for meeting commitments and identifying slippage early.
- Facilitate difficult planning and resource allocation discussions with cross-functional leaders, escalating organizational-level trade-offs when necessary.
- Establish and refine processes for monitoring metrics and team planning, creating lightweight, consistent workflows that promote accountability.
- Develop and implement tools and processes to support EPD teams in achieving key business objectives, and encourage the adoption of new standards.
- Assist teams in defining, tracking, and reporting on quantitative goals, OKRs, and metrics, using data to inform targets and guide adjustments.
- Connect execution progress to OKRs, member impact, and business results, providing leadership with clear insights into project health and outcomes.
- Serve as the primary EPD point of contact for collaboration with Clinical, Care Delivery, Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Infosec, and Privacy teams, ensuring unified decision-making.
- Act as the EPD liaison for addressing Commercial inquiries regarding products within your scope.
- Lead integrated planning sessions, dependency and risk reviews, readiness assessments, go/no-go discussions, and retrospective meetings, including organizing program offsites as needed.
- Present trade-offs, escalation paths, and recommendations to leadership, providing concise, decision-ready updates on delivery status.
- Enhance launch processes over time by refining operating cadences, readiness criteria, templates, and learnings from retrospectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in product or technical program management, product management, general management, consulting, or product/business operations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives. You can adapt your communication style and technical detail level for various audiences, from individual contributors to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to see and articulate the broader vision, driving teams toward it while also being able to focus on specific details when required.
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring execution rigor across multiple teams for technically complex initiatives.
- Experience guiding teams in setting goals, forming hypotheses, defining metrics, executing plans, reviewing progress, and adapting based on early indicators.
- Proven track record in defining and reporting on quantitative goals, OKRs, and metrics, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data, including market analysis.
- A solid understanding of how Engineering, Product, and Design organizations function, including roadmap development, dependency management, and release scheduling.
- Sufficient technical understanding to identify system interdependencies, architectural trade-offs, and collaborate effectively with engineers and technical leads.
- Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and process efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand team dynamics and demonstrate high emotional intelligence across different functions.

- Salary ranges are as follows:
- Zone 1: $174,800 - $218,500
- Zone 2: $167,200 - $209,000
- Zone 3: $152,000 - $192,000
- Compensation will be within the applicable zone range based on candidate skills, experience, and business considerations.
