What you'll do
- Architect and direct the planning and implementation of enterprise-wide strategic projects that define OKX's growth trajectory.
- Conduct deep diagnostic analysis of the user trading journey to uncover friction points and architect structural, cross-functional improvements.
- Transform ambiguous executive goals into coherent, actionable roadmaps with clearly defined delivery plans and success metrics.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure absolute project transparency, risk management, and stakeholder accountability.
- Lead the identification and resolution of systemic inefficiencies and bottlenecks that hinder performance across multiple departments.
- Orchestrate and manage complex programs specifically related to high-growth platforms, critical risk controls, and core trading system evolution.
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI transformation initiatives, including the design of pilot programs, scaling adoption across workflows, and building sustainable AI-enabled delivery models.
- Synthesize vast quantities of operational and strategic data into concise narratives and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership to facilitate swift, informed decision-making.
- Partner with product, engineering, and risk teams to establish OKR frameworks that align day-to-day execution with long-term strategic imperatives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing paradigms and proposing innovative frameworks for operational excellence.
- Serve as the central point of coordination for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and conflict resolution throughout the duration of high-impact initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of project scopes, dependencies, and timelines to ensure institutional knowledge is preserved.
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques to forecast resource requirements and anticipate potential roadblocks before they impact delivery timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO Office and operational teams, ensuring that strategic intent is accurately interpreted and executed on the ground.
Requirements
- Possess 5 to 10 years of cumulative experience in strategy PMO, program management, or high-impact product delivery roles within fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, high-pressure situations with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking skills capable of challenging existing frameworks, paradigms, and assumptions without hesitation.
- Show advanced proficiency in data analysis, including the adept use of SQL and dashboards to interrogate data and support complex business decisions.
- Bring a background from top-tier management consulting firms, global investment banking institutions, or leading internet and technology companies.
- Have a proven history of delivering complex programs within fintech, trading, or platform-heavy organizational contexts.
- Communicate with precision and confidence when interacting with C-suite and executive stakeholders across diverse cultural contexts.
- Navigate the constraints and opportunities of a regulated financial services environment with integrity and a solutions-oriented approach.

Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in the domain of growth platforms, risk control systems, or trading infrastructure.
- Prior roles operating as a ToC (Theory of Constraints) product manager driving throughput and efficiency.
- A background working in the crypto asset class or managing global-scale consumer platforms with multi-jurisdictional operations.
- Direct experience implementing AI technologies within product, engineering, or operational workflows.
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to navigate diverse stakeholder landscapes effectively.
