Senior Manager, Global Partnerships

About the role

OKX is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to build global partnerships with token projects and on-chain ecosystems. This role involves supporting early-stage blockchain projects, developing collaborations for Real World Asset (RWA) initiatives, and expanding the X Layer ecosystem. You will combine market knowledge, professionalism, and cross-functional leadership to drive strategic growth.

What you'll do

• Find, assess, and negotiate collaboration opportunities with promising early-stage Web3 projects (including AI and infrastructure) and RWA partnerships.
• Manage projects and relationships from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams for further opportunities within the OKX ecosystem.
• Grow the X Layer ecosystem by establishing collaborations and overseeing deployments with partners, such as activation programs and campaigns.
• Help explore and launch new initiatives and collaboration formats that align with team objectives, working with Product, Operations, and Legal to create necessary processes.
• Ensure high standards of project quality, due diligence, and compliance across all engagements.
• Research and monitor competitor activities and market trends in launch platforms and tokenization projects globally, using these insights to inform strategy and new initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, launch/growth platforms, venture investment, or partnership management in crypto or traditional finance.
• Proven ability to identify, structure, and execute significant collaborations with global partners and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of token economics, project evaluation, on-chain ecosystems, and market dynamics within the crypto space.
• Familiarity with tokenization and the RWA sector, with a genuine interest in bringing real-world assets on-chain.
• Ability to work effectively in new and changing business areas, comfortable with uncertainty, quick to learn new fields, and capable of building processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with the credibility to engage both Web3 founders and global institutional partners.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin required).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, compliance awareness, and sound judgment.
