About the role
You will lead the product strategy for break-fix automation within the NVIDIA AI factory infrastructure. This role focuses on building self-healing systems for DGX Cloud to ensure operational reliability and high availability for cloud partners.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Direct the roadmap and strategy for automation systems that manage repairs across diverse vendors and cloud providers.
- Establish criteria for automation confidence, issue blocking, and human intervention to maintain operational safety.
- Design operator interfaces for repair queues and audit trails to assist on-call engineers.
- Connect failure detection systems with automated resolution workflows.
- Set repair service level objectives and track metrics for fleet health, including time-to-drain and time-to-healthy.
- Partner with SRE teams and hardware vendors to streamline RMA processes and repair workflows.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or MLOps product management.
- BS or MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in distributed systems, workflow orchestration, and automation safety.
- History of managing products with significant operational impact and blast radius considerations.
- Ability to design operator-focused workflows for high-pressure environments.
- Experience aligning cross-functional engineering and vendor teams.
Nice to have
- Background in GPU infrastructure, datacenter operations, or AI factory environments.
- Experience managing large-scale RMA logistics and vendor SLAs.
- Expertise in reliability engineering, SLO development, or fault-injection testing.
- Prior work with hyperscaler infrastructure or cloud service providers.
- Experience developing Agentic AI workflow software.
