Requirements

• Proven track record in technical sourcing within the robotics, autonomous vehicle, or software engineering sectors.
• Ability to manage complex searches and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and passive candidates.
