About the role

Nuro is seeking an experienced engineer to build the infrastructure that powers our autonomous driving software. You will focus on optimizing machine learning workflows to support our transition toward licensing autonomy technology for robotaxis and passenger vehicles.

• Architect and scale systems that accelerate the training and deployment of autonomous driving models.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in software engineering, specifically within machine learning infrastructure.
• Proficiency in designing high-performance systems for model training and inference.
• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud computing environments.
• Ability to translate complex autonomy requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with autonomous vehicle software stacks.
• Familiarity with hardware-accelerated machine learning optimization.
