You will create tools that allow engineers to inspect and debug complex robotic decision-making processes. Your work directly impacts the safety and reliability of our self-driving technology as we expand into robotaxis and licensed vehicle systems.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop high-performance rendering pipelines to display sensor data and perception outputs.
- Build interactive interfaces that help developers analyze vehicle behavior in simulated and real-world environments.
- Optimize data processing workflows to handle large volumes of telemetry from our autonomous fleet.
- Collaborate with autonomy engineers to identify and resolve visualization bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C++ and modern graphics APIs.
- Experience building complex software tools for robotics or autonomous systems.
- Strong understanding of 3D geometry and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable code for performance-critical applications.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with web-based visualization frameworks or game engines.
- Experience working with large-scale sensor data like LiDAR, radar, or camera streams.
- Background in UI/UX design for technical engineering tools.
