• Monitor and profile system performance to identify latency issues within the autonomy stack.
• Design and implement code improvements to reduce resource consumption and improve execution speed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance-focused solutions into our core driving software.
• Develop internal tools and benchmarks to track performance metrics across different hardware configurations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on performance optimization.
• Proficiency in C++ and experience working with complex, high-performance computing environments.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, memory management, and multi-threaded programming.
• Ability to debug and resolve complex issues in large-scale autonomous vehicle software.
