About the role

Nuro is seeking a strategic leader to oversee our global recruitment operations as we transition our business model toward licensing autonomous driving software. You will shape our hiring strategy to support our shift from delivery robotics into the robotaxi and personal autonomous vehicle markets.

• Refine our employer brand to reflect our evolution from delivery bots to broader automated driving solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-performing talent acquisition teams within the technology or autonomous vehicle sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale recruitment functions in a fast-paced, shifting business environment.
• Strong understanding of the current landscape for autonomous driving software and robotics talent.
