You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for wearable therapy products across a designated geographic territory, managing key accounts from initial outreach through long-term partnership. Your primary focus will be on building and executing a high-growth strategy that drives prescription-grade therapy adoption among healthcare providers and patients. You will consistently engage with advocacy groups and clinical stakeholders to construct robust pipelines and validate market demand. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Development and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and messaging alignment. You will identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, titration partners, and strategic accounts to anchor market presence. You will maintain a high sense of urgency and accountability, analyzing market dynamics and sales performance to adapt strategies effectively.

What you'll do
Coordinate with marketing leadership to broaden market awareness and align campaigns with territory-specific objectives and clinician education needs.
Support the patient journey end-to-end by collaborating with Patient Access, Customer Care, and Therapy Support Specialist teams to remove barriers to adoption.
Conduct regular sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies that improve sales performance across the territory.
Develop and manage specific strategic territory plans with clear physician and DME targets that align with company growth objectives.
Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans that are shared with leadership to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Identify and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, titration partners, and high-value accounts to establish clinical credibility and trust.
Achieve territory sales goals in a fast-paced startup environment by driving prescription volume and demonstrating therapy value to stakeholders.
Through customer engagement, develop scalable solutions that satisfy evolving customer needs and reinforce long-term therapy adoption.
Maintain a high level of CRM administration to ensure accurate pipeline visibility, account insights, and reliable revenue forecasting.
Demonstrate effective and consistent communication skills via in-person meetings and video conferencing to engage stakeholders across multiple states.
Coordinate, plan, and participate in customer education events that highlight clinical outcomes, product functionality, and patient benefits.
Consistent engagement with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to build robust pipelines and uncover new business opportunities.
Recognize changing market dynamics and analyze the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results to meet evolving market demands.
Drive territory business planning by setting clear objectives and tracking progress against physician and DME performance indicators.
Achieve measurable results by owning pipeline creation, deal progression, and successful conversion of opportunities into recurring revenue.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant business experience in B2B sales within the medical device industry is preferred, with demonstrated understanding of complex sales cycles.
Previous start-up experience is preferred but not required, particularly in fast-growth environments that demand adaptability.
Previous experience successfully bringing new products to market, managing launches, and coordinating go-to-market initiatives.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; however, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Excellence in all forms of communication, including command of product knowledge and the ability to deliver compelling media and virtual sales presentations.
Self-starter with a proven sales track record spanning multiple years, showing consistent achievement of or exceeding targets.
Highly motivated with an execution and results focus, demonstrating accountability for continuous personal and team improvement.
Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, thriving in collaborative and cross-functional settings.
