About the role
You will own the end to end sales cycle for our drug-free wearable therapy within key clinical and consumer markets. This role requires you to act as the primary commercial voice for Noctrix Health in your assigned territory. You will translate complex clinical evidence into compelling commercial narratives for diverse stakeholders. A core part of your ownership involves building and mentoring a scalable go-to-market motion in new states. You will be accountable for forecasting, pipeline management, and hitting ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced startup. This position demands close collaboration with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure market access success. You will be the strategic partner of choice for key healthcare providers and decision makers. Your work will directly impact patient access to clinically validated therapy and advance our mission to transform neurological care.

What you'll do
Identify and qualify strategic hospital systems, neurologists, psychiatrists, and DME providers to build a robust pipeline.
Develop and execute multi-channel sales plans that integrate virtual outreach, in-person engagement, and digital marketing coordination.
Champion the patient journey by aligning with Patient Access, Customer Care, and Therapy Support Specialist teams to remove barriers to adoption.
Analyze competitor positioning and market dynamics to refine value propositions and optimize sales strategies continuously.
Lead complex product demonstrations and clinical education sessions for KOLs, formulary committees, and procurement teams.
Partner with Marketing to create localized content, case studies, and data-driven campaigns that amplify awareness and demand.
Manage CRM data integrity, forecast accuracy, and territory performance metrics to enable data-driven decision making.
Coordinate cross-functional launches by aligning Product Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams for seamless execution.
Negotiate and structure pilot programs and enterprise agreements that balance customer needs with commercial viability.
Maintain rigorous forecasting discipline through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business planning aligned with corporate objectives.
Build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders, titration partners, and strategic accounts to drive long-term growth.
Demonstrate executive level communication skills through persuasive virtual and in-person presentations to high-stake audiences.
Achieve and exceed assigned territory sales goals by driving adoption across prescribing sites and patient networks.
Leverage CRM tools to track interactions, document outcomes, and ensure compliance with sales processes and reporting standards.
Support customer education events, clinical workshops, and field training initiatives that reinforce product value and compliance.
Operate with high urgency and ownership, proactively identifying risks and opportunities in the evolving healthcare landscape.
Requirements
3+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with medical device or pharmaceutical industry knowledge strongly preferred.
Prior start-up experience is preferred but not required, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Proven track record of bringing new products to market, including launch planning, execution, and post-launch optimization.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Exceptional command of all communication modalities, including complex product presentations and virtual sales calls with C-level stakeholders.
Self-driven mentality with a documented history of exceeding quotas and sustaining high performance over multiple years.
Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset, accountable for continuous improvement and data-backed decision making.
Strong team player with a resilient work ethic, adaptability, and a consistently positive can-do attitude in challenging situations.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed to meet sales objectives and maintain customer relationships.
