Product Marketing Lead at nivoda
About the role
This position will define how nivoda communicates its value proposition to independent jewelers. You will be responsible for crafting the core messaging and positioning that drives adoption and growth for our B2B marketplace. This is a hands-on role focused on building and executing product marketing strategies from the ground up.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and refine nivoda's market positioning and core messaging.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product introductions.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform our market advantage.
- Create sales enablement materials to support the go-to-market team.
- Influence messaging on product and positioning web pages.
- Shape the narrative around pricing and packaging.
- Provide clear, tested messaging for demand generation and content initiatives.
- Gather customer insights to sharpen positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with product management to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in product marketing, preferably within a B2B or marketplace environment, with a proven history of successful positioning and product launches.
- A strong inclination for hands-on work, including writing copy, managing launches, and developing presentations.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas.
- Strategic thinking regarding market segmentation and positioning.
- Proficiency in using data and customer research to inform decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, particularly with sales and product teams.
- Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor, establishing processes, and aspiring to build a team in the future.
- An AI-forward mindset, actively exploring and applying AI tools for efficiency.

- Experience marketing to small business owners, retailers, or trade audiences.
- Background in marketplace, self-serve, or product-led growth models.
- Experience in sales enablement for SDR or inside sales teams.
- Prior experience managing competitive intelligence or win/loss analysis programs.
