Territory Partner Manager at Nextiva
About the role
This position involves cultivating and managing relationships with technology partners to expand Nextiva's market reach. You will be instrumental in driving channel sales growth by empowering partners to effectively represent and sell Nextiva's unified communications and customer experience solutions.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit new partners within assigned territories.
- Provide ongoing support and training to existing partners to ensure their success with Nextiva's product suite, including the NEXT Platform, XBert, Contact Center, and Business Phone services.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue joint business opportunities.
- Track and report on partner performance metrics, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to sales, marketing, and technical aspects.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing successful partner relationships.
- Familiarity with unified communications and customer experience (CX) technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered solutions like AI Employee, Agent Assist, AI Receptionist, and AI Voice Agent.
- Knowledge of various communication channels such as Voice & Texting, Live Chat, Messenger, Email, Social & Reviews, and Video Meetings.
- Understanding of advanced features like Integrations, Analytics & Reporting, Workforce Management, and Journey Orchestration.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
