Nextiva is looking for a sales professional to join our team in Scottsdale to help small businesses adopt our communication and customer experience solutions. You will focus on driving growth by connecting organizations with our unified platform and AI-powered tools.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the full sales cycle for small business prospects.
• Demonstrate the value of the NEXT Platform, including business phone, contact center, and AI-powered features.
• Help prospective clients understand how our AI Employee, Agent Assist, and AI Voice Agent tools can improve their operations.
• Communicate the benefits of our omnichannel approach, including voice, texting, live chat, email, and social media integration.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying the specific needs of small business owners across various industries.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite at our Scottsdale office.
• Experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication systems or SaaS products.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts like SIP trunking, cloud PBX, and analytics dashboards.

Skills & tools

• Sales pipeline management and lead qualification.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
• Knowledge of unified communications and customer experience management platforms.
