What you'll do

• Process and verify accounts payable invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries related to banking and payables.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in accounting, specifically within accounts payable and banking operations.
• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applications.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite office environment.
