You will own the end to end recruitment lifecycle for sales positions across a portfolio of markets, acting as the primary talent partner for hiring managers. You will translate complex business needs into precise hiring strategies and compelling employer value propositions that resonate with top performing candidates. This role requires you to build and maintain a diverse, high quality talent pipeline that directly supports revenue growth and market expansion objectives. You will leverage data and market insights to continuously refine sourcing channels and improve hire quality over time. Success in this position is measured by your ability to deliver a consistent flow of qualified candidates who meet both skill and cultural standards. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring criteria, interview feedback, and offer strategies. This position demands a consultative mindset where you proactively solve hiring challenges and anticipate future staffing needs. What you'll do
Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring demand and design long term recruitment roadmaps that align with business milestones.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and ideal candidate profiles.
Source candidates through a diversified mix of channels including direct outreach, social platforms, employee referrals, and niche communities.
Perform high volume screening interviews to assess core competencies, sales aptitude, cultural alignment, and long term career motivations.
Coordinate and advance multiple candidates through the interview pipeline, managing schedules, feedback collection, and timely decision making.
Develop and maintain relationships with passive talent pools, ensuring a steady stream of pre qualified prospects for critical roles.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to document sourcing activities, pipeline health, and key recruitment metrics for stakeholder reporting.
Collaborate with marketing and HR operations to ensure consistent application of employer branding principles across all recruitment touchpoints.
Evaluate emerging trends in the real estate investment sector to anticipate skill requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives by building pipelines that reflect a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
Negotiate offer components and coordinate with human resources to ensure competitive packages that maximize acceptance rates.
Conduct post hire follow up to ensure smooth onboarding transitions and to gather feedback that informs continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
Analyze recruitment funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate quality.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey, reinforcing trust and transparency at every stage.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
You have a minimum of three years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate, investment, or financial services sectors.
You demonstrate a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing high volume roles in a fast paced environment.
You are proficient with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies, including sourcing tools and data analytics platforms.
You hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record, as the role may require regional travel between markets.
You have the legal right to work in the United States and are not currently sponsored for visa or work authorization transfers.
You reside in a state or region where New Western operates offices or markets and can reliably commute to the Irving, TX office as needed.
You have experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
You exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Nice to have
Previous experience working within the real estate investment or residential property markets is highly valued.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations related to real estate transactions in multiple states is preferred.
Experience with customer relationship management platforms and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations across various states is beneficial for this role.
Practical notes
This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring presence in the Irving, TX office three days per week to facilitate collaboration and team alignment.
Travel requirements may include occasional regional travel between metropolitan areas to engage with talent pools and hiring managers.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.
The role is full time and follows standard business hours, with flexibility to adjust start and end times as needed to support recruitment activities.
