Video Editor (UGC) - Argentina

About the role

Newform operates as a creative intelligence firm, managing over 100 million dollars in annual ad spend for clients such as ElevenLabs, Kalshi, and Babbel. You will join our creative department to transform raw clips and scripts into high-conversion short-form content. This position focuses on data-driven editing to help scale paid media campaigns through rapid iteration and performance analysis.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Assemble short-form social media advertisements including UGC, product demos, street interviews, and podcast clips.
• Create multiple iterations of each concept by testing different hooks, pacing, calls to action, and visual overlays.
• Format and export assets to meet the technical requirements of YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Meta.
• Adjust video cuts based on feedback from media buyers and creative strategists, focusing on metrics like CPA and retention curves.
• Maintain organized project file structures to ensure efficient production workflows.
• Monitor current trends in short-form video and paid social media to keep content relevant.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Previous work history within an agency environment is strongly preferred.
• A portfolio demonstrating successful short-form paid social advertisements.
• Direct experience editing content specifically for SaaS, mobile apps, or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Proficiency with the technical specifications, aspect ratios, and format requirements for TikTok and Meta ads.
• Ability to maintain high output volume while keeping a sharp eye on quality and narrative clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience using Adobe After Effects for the creation of motion graphics.

This is a fully remote position based in Argentina. Compensation is tied to experience levels within the stated range, and the role includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
