About the role

Newform is a creative intelligence firm that manages over $100 million in annual paid media spend for brands such as Kalshi, ElevenLabs, and Babbel. We are looking for an Associate Producer to manage high-volume, phone-first video production and grow into a full Content Producer role.

What you'll do

• Manage and execute solo video shoots, focusing on UGC and lo-fi lifestyle content.
• Handle camera, lighting, and audio setup for your productions.
• Direct and provide feedback to on-camera talent.
• Manage studio schedules and equipment logistics to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Assist senior producers on complex shoots to expand your technical and directing skills.
• Organize and deliver footage to the editing team with clear instructions.
• Maintain studio inventory and ensure the office space is prepared for creators.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on production experience or professional experience coaching on-camera talent.
• Proficiency with camera, lighting, and audio gear or strong directing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and logistics during active shoot days.
• Strong understanding of current short-form social media trends.
• Ability to remain composed and solve problems when production challenges arise.
• Ambition to advance into a full Content Producer role through consistent practice.
