Partner Solution Consultant

About the role

New Relic is seeking a technical expert to join the Customer Advocacy team as a Partner Solution Consultant. You will act as the primary technical lead for the Partner Sales Go-To-Market engine, helping resellers, SIs, and MSPs successfully implement and sell our observability platform.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead technical enablement plans, including workshops and coaching sessions for partners.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for high-value opportunities, including solution architecture and Proofs of Value.
• Coordinate between internal teams and partners to manage customer opportunities.
• Monitor project health, resource usage, and risks to ensure delivery quality.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to guide partners through implementation playbooks.
• Share partner feedback with internal product teams to influence future strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in senior engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Deep knowledge of observability, including APM, infrastructure monitoring, and log management.
• Experience working within a partner ecosystem involving SIs, MSPs, or resellers.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, milestones, and project outcomes.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in capacity planning and advising partners on resource requirements.
