About the role
Netwealth is looking for a Senior Training & Relationship Manager to guide major institutional clients through their journey with the company. This role involves managing the entire client lifecycle, from initial onboarding and platform implementation to ongoing training and relationship development. You will be a key partner for strategic accounts, ensuring their long-term success with Netwealth's offerings.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the onboarding and implementation processes for large institutional clients.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars to build client confidence in Netwealth's products.
- Oversee major platform transitions for clients moving from competitor systems to Netwealth.
- Represent client needs internally, ensuring their perspectives are understood and addressed by product and operations teams.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming a trusted expert for strategic accounts.
- Contribute to business expansion by assisting in securing, onboarding, and developing new strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in financial services.
- Understanding of the financial advice and platform landscape.
- Background in managing key accounts.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- RG146 compliance.
