About the role

Join netwealth in a newly created role to support the growth of our Broking & Wealth Management channel. You will be a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through platform onboarding and deepening their understanding of our offerings. This position focuses on building strong relationships and enabling client success rather than traditional sales.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during platform onboarding and ongoing education
• Deliver engaging training sessions to financial advisers, brokers, and support teams
• Assist clients in maximizing their use of the netwealth platform
• Support major client transition projects
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Travel across Australia to provide client support

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, platform support, relationship management, client service, or training
• Understanding of the wealth management and broking industry
• Ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with clients
• Skill in simplifying complex information for effective training
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
• Willingness to travel nationally to client sites
