UX Researcher

About the role

Netomi is looking for a researcher to guide our product and design strategy by bridging the gap between our enterprise users and our agentic AI platform. You will manage the entire research lifecycle, from early discovery to final validation, while working closely with our engineering and deployment teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct formative studies including field research, discovery interviews, and jobs-to-be-done analysis to influence the product roadmap.
• Perform validation testing such as usability sessions and beta feedback loops to refine designs.
• Collaborate with outbound and customer-facing staff to maintain a steady flow of participant recruitment.
• Translate feedback from Forward Deployed Engineers and AI implementation teams into specific UX enhancements.
• Create prioritized, actionable reports that drive immediate product decisions.
• Establish scalable, efficient research processes and insight libraries.
• Maintain high research standards while operating within a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in UX research, specifically within B2B, enterprise SaaS, or complex technical environments.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Proven track record of conducting research with enterprise buyers and users.
• Ability to manage a research pipeline independently from scoping to final delivery.
• Strong communication skills to present findings that influence organizational strategy.
• Ability to navigate technical ambiguity and a genuine interest in enterprise AI adoption.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams.
