About the role
Netomi is building an agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience, supporting global brands such as Delta Airlines, MetLife, MGM, and United. We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead foundational work on our control tower, where users manage and govern their AI agents. You will translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences that define how enterprises interact with our technology.

What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for platform initiatives, moving from initial problem definition to final implementation.
- Unify agent configuration, monitoring, and governance into a single, cohesive interface for our customers.
- Design self-serve onboarding and in-product education to support our transition toward a product-led growth model.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to identify pain points and build solutions for high-stakes CX environments.
- Define design standards, systems, and quality benchmarks for the broader engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success departments across different regions.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in product design, specifically within B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Experience with AI, data platforms, developer tools, or workflow software is preferred.
- A track record of taking large, ambiguous projects from concept to launch.
- High level of autonomy in identifying problems, building consensus, and executing solutions.
- Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to create frameworks rather than isolated screens.
- Excellent communication skills for working within cross-functional, distributed teams.
- A portfolio that showcases design craft, rigor, and tangible impact on complex products.
