About the role

Netomi is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle and foster high-performing teams. You will design and implement scalable programs for performance, career growth, and engagement while working directly with company leadership.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete performance review process, including goal setting and feedback cycles.
• Analyze performance metrics to provide data-driven insights and refine evaluation frameworks.
• Assess skill gaps and create training initiatives, workshops, and leadership development programs.
• Track the effectiveness and return on investment of learning programs.
• Facilitate talent review sessions and maintain succession plans for key positions.
• Develop career frameworks and support managers in creating individual development plans.
• Run engagement surveys, interpret results, and coordinate action plans with business leaders.
• Build dashboards to track retention, internal mobility, and promotion data.
• Assist with workforce planning, organizational design, and benchmarking talent practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Talent Management, HRBP, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development.
• Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software such as Lattice, Workday, SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or GreytHR.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced skills in Excel and HR reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Familiarity with OKR-based performance systems and competency frameworks.
• Experience overseeing talent programs across multiple geographic locations.
• Knowledge of AI-driven HR tools and people analytics platforms.
