Netomi is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and implement advanced AI solutions for enterprise customer experience. You will work with major global brands to automate customer interactions at scale, driving efficiency and improving service quality.

What you'll do

• Create, test, and deploy AI and agentic systems for internal and external applications.
• Utilize machine learning and generative AI methods to address challenging business needs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery departments to design scalable solutions.
• Measure the effectiveness of models, solutions, and business outcomes using data.
• Contribute to experiments, prototypes, and production deployments.
• Explain findings, suggestions, and technical methods to stakeholders.
• Keep informed about new developments in AI agents, large language models, automation, and data science applications.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or applied AI.
• Practical proficiency with Python, SQL, data analysis, and building machine learning models.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience contributing to technical projects that are client-facing, delivery-oriented, or product-focused.
• Aptitude for transforming unclear problems into actionable, implemented solutions.
• Effective communication abilities and comfort working with diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools.
