This position is responsible for shaping the market approach and communication for NETGEAR Enterprise's audio-visual product line. You will translate complex technical features into clear customer benefits for a variety of AV professionals.

What you'll do

• Analyze market opportunities within various Pro AV sectors like corporate, education, and live events.
• Track evolving trends in AV-over-IP, broadcast technologies, and installation methods.
• Develop clear messaging and positioning for AV products, highlighting their value for integrators, consultants, and engineers.
• Create content such as solution briefs, guides, and sales tools that explain how NETGEAR's networking solutions address AV challenges.
• Collaborate with product management to influence future product development based on market insights.
• Support product launches with tailored marketing materials and messaging.
• Equip sales teams and channel partners with the information needed to effectively present AV solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing or solutions marketing.
• Demonstrated experience within the AV, networking, or related infrastructure industries.
• A solid technical grasp of AV networking and AV-over-IP systems.
• Familiarity with key AV and networking protocols and standards including Dante, NDI, SDVoE, AES67, multicast, QoS, IGMP, PTP, VLANs, and Layer 2/Layer 3 networking.
• A strong understanding of the purchasing processes and partner networks within the AV and broadcast fields.
• Proven ability to construct messaging frameworks and compelling solution narratives.
• Experience creating launch collateral, sales enablement materials, and technical marketing content.
• Proficiency in collaborating with different departments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
