Senior Customer Support Engineer
Job description
Senior Customer Support Engineer at Netbox Labs.
About the role
You are the technical partner your customers rely on to make their networks work exactly as intended. You immerse yourself in each customer's environment, learning how they run their networks and what success looks like for them. You own the resolution of technical issues end to end, from initial diagnosis through to final verification and documentation. When customers are planning complex changes, you are in the room as a trusted technical advisor. You translate ambiguous requirements into concrete NetBox workflows and adoption paths that the customer can execute. You show customers what is possible, what is not, and how to bridge the gap with the product and integrations. The best people in this role are trusted by customers the way you trust a colleague who always knows what to do. You report to the CSE Manager and work closely with Customer Success Managers, TechOps, Product, and Engineering to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
