What you'll do

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Quickly learn the NerdWallet Small Business sales process, product offerings, and qualification criteria.
• Serve as a product expert, confidently discussing loan options with business owners.
• Collaborate with network lenders to identify opportunities and act as a liaison between lenders and small businesses.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 3 months to 2 years of relevant sales experience as an Account Executive.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet performance metrics.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time independently.
• Comfortable and resilient when interacting with diverse business owners.
• Thrives in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
• Adapts quickly to new challenges, difficult conversations, or complex questions.
• Open to feedback and implements it immediately to improve performance.

Practical notes

• This is an in-office role in Scottsdale, Arizona, to promote collaboration and learning.
• After completing training (typically 4-6 months), you may work remotely 20% of the month from anywhere in the continental US, provided performance standards are met.
