• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Quickly learn the NerdWallet Small Business sales process, product offerings, and qualification criteria.
• Become an expert on NerdWallet Small Business products to advise business owners on loan options.
• Collaborate with lenders in the NerdWallet Small Business network to identify opportunities and facilitate connections.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline and achieving key performance indicators.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time independently.
• Comfortable and resilient when interacting with diverse business owners.
• Thrives in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
• Adapts quickly to new challenges, difficult conversations, or complex questions.
• Committed to continuous personal improvement and readily incorporates feedback.

Practical notes

• This is primarily an in-office position. After completing training (typically 4-6 months), if performance standards are met, you can work remotely 20% of the month from anywhere in the continental US.
