The Neon team is looking for a growth specialist to improve the financial lives of our customers through data-driven strategies. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will directly influence product performance and business outcomes.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Improve the credit card customer lifecycle by identifying journey enhancements inside and outside the application.
• Execute complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets to drive product growth.
• Build and validate business cases that link product initiatives to financial metrics like LTV, CAC, and churn.
• Manage end-to-end A/B testing to optimize user experience and maximize ROI.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards to translate technical data into clear performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with product, credit, and leadership teams to communicate strategies and results.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
• Professional background in Product Growth, Business Intelligence, or Analytical Planning.
• Strong analytical skills focused on business metrics such as conversion, retention, and unit economics.
• Practical experience with experimentation methodologies and A/B testing.
• Ability to create dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Proactive and resilient mindset focused on business results.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fintech or credit card industry.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Background in logistics or supply chain optimization projects aimed at reducing CAC.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics 4.
