About the role
The Neon team is looking for a growth specialist to improve the financial lives of our customers through data-driven strategies. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will directly influence product performance and business outcomes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Improve the credit card customer lifecycle by identifying journey enhancements inside and outside the application.
- Execute complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets to drive product growth.
- Build and validate business cases that link product initiatives to financial metrics like LTV, CAC, and churn.
- Manage end-to-end A/B testing to optimize user experience and maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards to translate technical data into clear performance KPIs.
- Coordinate with product, credit, and leadership teams to communicate strategies and results.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
- Professional background in Product Growth, Business Intelligence, or Analytical Planning.
- Strong analytical skills focused on business metrics such as conversion, retention, and unit economics.
- Practical experience with experimentation methodologies and A/B testing.
- Ability to create dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Proactive and resilient mindset focused on business results.
Nice to have
- Experience in the fintech or credit card industry.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Background in logistics or supply chain optimization projects aimed at reducing CAC.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics 4.
