About the role

The Neon team is looking for a senior professional to lead retention strategies for our insurance product line. You will drive customer engagement by applying data-driven segmentation and managing complex relationship workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead and execute retention strategies specifically for insurance products.
• Increase ongoing customer engagement within the insurance portfolio.
• Manage customer base segmentation and apply cluster intelligence to personalize communication.
• Run, measure, and analyze in-app and out-of-app campaigns to refine CRM strategies.
• Partner with product, design, and growth teams to provide insights that guide development.
• Create and oversee action plans for base engagement and the rollout of retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree.
• Extensive experience in CRM roles at a senior level.
• Proven track record in designing customer engagement and retention programs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Journey Builder.
• Expertise in growth methodologies, including A/B testing, control group definition, campaign measurement, and lift calculation.
• Ability to use SQL and data manipulation tools for independent analysis and segmentation.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on ownership and autonomous leadership.
• Analytical mindset oriented toward business results to translate usage data into loyalty strategies.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or projects within the insurance sector.
• Proficiency with Mixpanel and GitHub.
• Experience using generative or predictive AI tools to optimize workflows, personalize content, or generate insights.

• This is a remote position with mandatory team meetings in Sao Paulo every 3 months.
