Key facts

What you'll do

• Analyze large datasets using SQL to generate actionable insights for acquisition and retention.
• Build and validate business cases by monitoring LTV, CAC, conversion rates, and user behavior.
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve product funnels and marketing communication ROI.
• Automate data collection and processing to improve decision-making efficiency.
• Define KPIs and create executive dashboards to track performance.
• Partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to influence strategy through data storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, IT, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in Growth, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills for extracting and manipulating complex data.
• Proficiency in building executive reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong methodology in A/B testing and deep knowledge of funnel, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Ability to translate technical data into clear business narratives for stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the financial market, specifically fintechs, banks, or the insurtech/insurance sector.
• Background in CRM, engagement, or retention strategies focused on LTV and churn.
• Practical experience with AI tools, generative models, or predictive modeling for process optimization.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
