About the role
This position focuses on fostering developer adoption and engagement within the startup ecosystem of the San Francisco Bay Area. You will build connections with emerging companies, venture capitalists, and incubators, acting as a key technical resource and community builder.
Key facts
What you'll do
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with technical leaders and engineers at Bay Area startups.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for startup-related inquiries and provide necessary support.
Create informative technical content, including articles, guides, video demonstrations, and code examples.
Present technical topics at industry events, webinars, and workshops to educate developers.
Act as a voice for the developer community, channeling feedback to product and engineering teams.
Organize and participate in community events, meetups, and hackathons to foster collaboration.
Develop and deliver educational materials and training sessions on our technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in developer advocacy, developer relations, or a comparable technical role.
Demonstrated deep technical understanding and practical experience with relevant technologies.
Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication abilities.
Proven track record in creating technical content, such as written articles, video, and code samples.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Proficiency in building and nurturing developer communities.

Annual base salary range: $190,000 - $260,000 USD.
