Marketing Operations Intern

About the role

This internship focuses on expanding Neighbor's presence on Google Maps, a key growth channel. You will be directly involved in setting up, managing, and improving Google Maps listings for Neighbor hosts. This is a hands-on role centered on execution.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Neighbor hosts to establish and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings.
• Verify that all pins adhere to Google's guidelines and best practices, covering categories, descriptions, images, service areas, and business information.
• Continuously enhance pin quality and performance through ongoing adjustments to photos, descriptions, categories, and attributes.
• Contribute to developing repeatable processes for creating and optimizing pins across a large number of listings.
• Track important performance indicators such as rank, impressions, actions, calls, and clicks, and share insights from the data.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without needing work authorization sponsorship from Neighbor, either now or in the future.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027.
• Available to work in person at Neighbor's headquarters in Lehi, UT.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating through phone, email, and text.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and can manage a large workload.
• Comfortable with fundamental data analysis and reporting.

Nice to have

• An interest in local SEO, marketplace models, or marketing.
• Experience creating AI workflows.
