Senior Data Integration Solutions Engineer

The Senior Data Integration Solutions Engineer designs and leads implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across complex digital ecosystems. This role connects systems, applications, and data flows to drive business agility and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise integration architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Design integration solutions leveraging APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Lead implementation of integration platforms such as Informatica and Azure Integration Services.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate integration needs into technical designs.
• Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for integration components.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bring 7+ years of experience in systems integration, including at least 3 years in an architecture role.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of integration patterns such as pub/sub, request/reply, ETL, and EDA.
• Show hands-on experience with API management, ESBs, and iPaaS platforms.
• Exhibit proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and messaging protocols like AMQP, MQTT, and Kafka.
• Display familiarity with cloud platforms, with Azure being preferred, and hybrid integration scenarios.
• Have experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, OSS, and BSS as a plus.
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Show strong problem-solving abilities and documentation skills.
