The Senior Data Integration Solutions Engineer designs and leads implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across complex digital ecosystems. This role connects systems, applications, and data flows to drive business agility and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise integration architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Design integration solutions leveraging APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead implementation of integration platforms such as Informatica and Azure Integration Services.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate integration needs into technical designs.
- Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for integration components.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Bring 7+ years of experience in systems integration, including at least 3 years in an architecture role.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of integration patterns such as pub/sub, request/reply, ETL, and EDA.
- Show hands-on experience with API management, ESBs, and iPaaS platforms.
- Exhibit proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and messaging protocols like AMQP, MQTT, and Kafka.
- Display familiarity with cloud platforms, with Azure being preferred, and hybrid integration scenarios.
- Have experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, OSS, and BSS as a plus.
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Show strong problem-solving abilities and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Establishing standards that govern messaging formats and API contracts across teams is essential. Securing data movement channels ensures integrity during exchanges with external partners. Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's credential in Computer Science or Engineering fields. A background of 7+ years of experience, with 3+ years in architecture-focused integration roles, is necessary. Understanding patterns such as request reply and ETL within distributed environments is required. Handling API management tools and proficiency with ESB or iPaaS technologies is expected. Working with protocols like AMQP and MQTT while using JSON and XML formats is mandatory. Familiarity with Azure cloud services and hybrid connection scenarios is required. Clear communication with stakeholders and precise technical documentation production is essential. Solving complex issues while maintaining clear records of processes and decisions is required.
