About the role
You will oversee the operational efficiency and automation of our flight fulfillment ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between our operations, product, and engineering teams to turn complex booking challenges into scalable, automated workflows.

What you'll do
- Evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities for ticketing queues, manual reissues, and refund processes.
- Translate operational bottlenecks into technical requirements for product and engineering partners.
- Investigate recurring fulfillment issues, including GDS/NDC exceptions and refund discrepancies, to improve system performance.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process maps to enhance team technical knowledge.
- Monitor the effectiveness of automated systems and provide data-backed suggestions for improvement.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for ticketing and post-booking workflows.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in travel operations within a TMC, OTA, or airline environment.
- Practical, hands-on experience working with NDC and GDS systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of the ticketing lifecycle, specifically regarding reissues, exchanges, voiding, refunds, and fare rules.
- Proven ability to convert operational needs into clear technical specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and automation.
