Manager, DACH Field Marketing

About the role

You will serve as the regional marketing lead in Berlin, driving the strategy and execution of field programs to expand Navan's presence across the DACH market. This role involves close collaboration with sales and global marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that generate pipeline and support regional revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a regional field marketing plan aligned with DACH sales goals.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives including trade shows, virtual events, partner forums like VDR and Handelsblatt, and localized campaigns.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify target accounts and accelerate pipeline conversion.
• Adapt global marketing assets and messaging for the German market.
• Establish lead-handoff workflows with BDR, SDR, and AE teams to ensure accurate attribution.
• Monitor performance metrics, specifically focusing on Sales Qualified Opportunities and Verified Opportunities.
• Oversee regional budgets and manage relationships with vendors and agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology.
• Proven success in executing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
• Full professional fluency in both German and English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and dashboards to optimize channel investment.
