About the role

You will design and execute programs that empower go-to-market teams to succeed in competitive sales cycles. This role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and enablement departments to synthesize market insights into actionable resources and training for sales representatives.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Produce and update field-facing assets including battlecards, objection handling guides, talk tracks, and FAQs.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, and enablement stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with company messaging.
• Collect and analyze field feedback, market research, and competitor activity to identify positioning shifts.
• Coordinate the distribution of competitive programs through team meetings, Slack, LMS management, and training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of competitive resources and maintain a feedback loop with sales managers and representatives to refine content.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in competitive intelligence, sales enablement, product marketing, or a related go-to-market function within a high-growth company.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain B2B sales assets such as battlecards and talk tracks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across marketing, product, and sales teams.
• Proficiency in writing and communication, with the ability to turn complex market data into usable field resources.
• Experience with competitive research methodologies and market positioning.
