You will help bridge the gap between advanced data science and real-world therapeutic development, ensuring initiatives translate into tangible progress. Your work will directly influence the advancement of precision medicine.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with R&D, Product, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to drive initiatives forward and ensure alignment across departments.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and intelligence in AI, genomics, and therapeutics to inform strategic decisions.
• Implement data-driven processes to track priorities, monitor progress, and communicate clear, outcome-focused updates.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic projects, including internal planning and biomarker strategy.
• Support external collaborations with pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions by preparing materials and tracking action items.
• Create presentations and materials for conferences and stakeholder meetings, incorporating feedback to refine strategy.
• Address complex, undefined challenges by applying analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4-7 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or business development within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or life science technology sectors.
• Solid scientific understanding, particularly in oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas.

Nice to have

• An advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, PhD, or equivalent.
• Prior experience supporting pharmaceutical partnerships, strategy, or cross-functional R&D workstreams.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in life sciences for biomarker discovery and clinical development.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $135,800 - $169,700 USD.
