About the role

This role focuses on integrating AI capabilities directly into specific business areas to significantly improve operational efficiency. You will identify and implement workflows that can be automated and scaled using AI agents, aiming for improvements of 10x to 100x compared to manual processes.

What you'll do

• Analyze existing and potential business processes within your assigned domain to pinpoint opportunities for AI-driven acceleration.
• Design and build AI-powered solutions, connecting them to various business systems through APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.
• Deploy and manage these AI agents in a production environment, monitoring their performance against key metrics like quality, speed, and cost.
• Collaborate with domain leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment on projected business impact.
• Develop reusable components and patterns that can benefit the broader organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated technical proficiency with command-line interfaces, APIs, SQL, and Python scripting.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) behavior, including prompting techniques, context management, tool usage, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and evaluation methods.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and a strong sense of responsibility regarding system access and security.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively in both technical and business settings.
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant technical role.

Nice to have

• Previous experience partnering with business units to achieve tangible results.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI platforms such as CrewAI, LangChain, or AWS Bedrock, or direct experience building with model APIs.
• Background in product management, solutions engineering, consulting, or technical operations.
• Familiarity with regulated environments like HIPAA, SOC 2, GxP, or SOX.

• Salary range for standard cost of living areas: $152,100 - $190,100 USD.
• Salary range for higher cost of living areas: $167,300 - $209,100 USD.
• Salary range for lower cost of living areas: $136,900 - $171,100 USD.
• Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity.
