This role will shape the strategy and execution for our AI-driven therapeutics platform.

What you'll do
Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered precision medicine solutions, including biomarker discovery, clinical trial tools, and co-development platforms, utilizing genomic language models, biomedical AI agents, and AI-driven analysis.
Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases across the drug development lifecycle, such as trial design optimization, patient selection, and translational research.
Collaborate with R&D, data science, and engineering teams to translate complex scientific concepts into clear product requirements and ensure successful development and delivery.
Engage with biopharmaceutical partners, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to gather insights, understand workflows, and inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Partner with commercial and business development teams to shape product positioning, packaging, and pricing, and support go-to-market strategies.
Establish product validation requirements, including analytical, clinical, and real-world evidence, ensuring products meet scientific, regulatory, and commercial standards.
Build and mentor a high-performing product management team, establishing operational processes and fostering a culture of scientific rigor and ownership.
Requirements
An advanced degree (PhD, MD, MS, or equivalent) in life sciences, bioengineering, computational biology, or a related discipline is preferred.
A minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or similar roles within the biotech, life sciences, or healthcare technology sectors.
A demonstrated history of successfully developing and launching complex, data-intensive products.
A solid understanding of drug development processes and/or clinical diagnostics.
Experience working with products or data platforms that incorporate AI/ML is highly desirable.
The ability to clearly articulate complex scientific information into actionable product strategies and decisions.
Proven success leading diverse, cross-functional teams in dynamic and evolving environments.
Strong commercial understanding, including product-market fit, pricing strategies, and partnership models.
Nice to have
Experience in biomarker development, oncology, or precision medicine.
Background in integrating diagnostics with therapeutics.
Experience in early-stage or high-growth company settings.

Compensation range: $184,600 - $230,700 USD annually.
