About the role

Natera is hiring a leader to manage the enterprise strategy for EHR integrations across our testing portfolio. You will oversee the full lifecycle of client implementations, ensuring high-quality service from initial build through go-live and ongoing support.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of approximately 25 project managers and analysts, including multiple layers of management.
• Define and execute a scalable operating model, including standardized playbooks, governance, and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of EHR integrations for order entry and result reporting.
• Serve as the executive point of escalation for customer challenges and implementation issues.
• Partner with enterprise sales teams during pre-sales, solution design, and deal support.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align integration roadmaps with internal LIS/LIMS workflows.
• Monitor performance and risks through data-driven reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems implementation, or EHR integrations.
• Proven track record of managing managers and scaling teams of 20+ people.
• Deep hands-on experience with Epic integrations, specifically regarding orders and resulting or Beaker.
• Willingness to obtain Epic Beaker or ambulatory certification.
• Strong technical knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and APIs.
• Experience working alongside enterprise sales teams in client-facing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cerner or Meditech integrations.
• Familiarity with Epic Aura integrations.
• Background in laboratory workflows, LIS, or LIMS.
• Experience operating in high-growth or startup environments.
