Key facts
What you'll do
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for key software initiatives.
Translate complex business, market, and clinical needs into detailed product requirements.
Manage and prioritize a feature backlog to align with the company's strategic goals.
Serve as a subject matter expert on our software offerings, fostering understanding across teams.
Create documentation and visual aids, such as flow diagrams and prototypes, to communicate product concepts.
Define and measure product success metrics.
Identify new product opportunities and enhancements by analyzing market trends and user feedback.
Collaborate with R&D, design, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver effective software solutions.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, with a preference for healthcare IT or biotech backgrounds.
Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and delivering high-quality software experiences.
Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience implementing scalable business rule applications.
A history of successful cross-functional leadership.
Well-developed systems thinking capabilities.
Nice to have
Experience building enterprise software or mission-critical systems.

Salary Range: $120,100 - $150,100 USD. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
