Join Nash as a foundational technical hire to help enterprise clients solve complex operational challenges using AI. This role blends solutions consulting with value-based selling, requiring you to understand customer operations and demonstrate the financial benefits of Nash's platform.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead deep discovery with business and technical stakeholders to identify core operational pain points and valuable use cases for Nash.
- Develop tailored solutions by collaborating with customers on scoping, architecture, demos, and testing.
- Illustrate how Nash integrates with existing enterprise systems like OMS, WMS, TMS, POS, and various APIs.
- Manage the full sales engineering process, from initial discovery through technical validation and executive buy-in.
- Construct and present compelling business cases, quantifying the financial impact using customer data.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding complex decisions and articulating Nash's value proposition.
- Evaluate new AI models and product features, applying them to customer solutions.
- Refine and document effective discovery frameworks, solution designs, and value models.
- Share learnings with the Go-to-Market team and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in solutions engineering, presales, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise opportunities from initial contact to closing.
- Skill in asking insightful questions to uncover underlying issues and move beyond surface-level problems.
- Experience leading structured discovery sessions to define clear use cases and requirements.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, including testing new models and applying them to practical problems.
- Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, system integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including building and defending ROI models.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with both senior leaders and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
