About the role
Nash is building the autonomic logistics platform, and we need a Growth Marketing Lead to drive demand across diverse industries. You will own the entire demand generation engine, from strategy to execution, ensuring Nash reaches its target markets effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and scaling marketing motions.

What you'll do
Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, including identifying target accounts, crafting tailored outreach plays, and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Manage outbound marketing efforts, defining audience segments, messaging, and sequences, and leveraging signals to inform outreach.
Oversee integrated campaigns tied to product launches, events, and key moments, ensuring distribution across various channels and automating follow-up and nurturing processes.
Drive organic social media distribution and amplify high-performing content to relevant audiences.
Capture and route inbound leads from various sources, ensuring smooth handoffs to sales development representatives (SDRs).
Build and maintain customer lifecycle marketing programs, including nurturing, product announcements, and re-engagement initiatives.
Develop marketing surfaces and workflows, such as AI-powered SDR flows, landing pages, and calculators.
Report on campaign performance, attribution, and key metrics to inform future strategy and demonstrate impact on pipeline generation.
Collaborate closely with Sales and SDR leadership to align on pipeline goals, account priorities, and campaign context.
Provide sales teams with campaign insights and live account signals to enhance their outreach effectiveness.
Establish and maintain nurture and follow-up sequences that incorporate campaign context.
Ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff with a rapid feedback loop on lead and campaign quality.
Requirements
Possess at least 6 years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, with a preference for SaaS or enterprise technology backgrounds.
Demonstrate a strong track record of building, running, and scaling ABM programs and outbound motions from initial target list creation to booked pipeline.
Exhibit fluency across the go-to-market technology stack, including enrichment tools, intent platforms, marketing automation, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Have experience working within a code-backed environment, such as Claude Code or similar LLM platforms, and using Git repositories for tool development and version control.
Be a builder who enjoys working with platforms and their APIs, having shipped workflows and automations across a GTM stack.
Experience marketing complex B2B or enterprise products and the ability to quickly learn and master new industry verticals.
