About the role
Nanonets agents automate business process workflows, including accounts payable, order management, and supply chain, with a focus on accuracy in handling unstructured data. The Enterprise Account Manager owns enterprise customer relationships to drive revenue growth and expansion from initial engagement through renewal. Success in this role depends on partnership with Customer Success and collaboration across Solutions, Product, and Sales.

What you'll do
The enterprise customer lifecycle is owned from POC kickoff through renewal to build commercial relationships and align executive stakeholders. Customer inquiries and product support are routed first to the Customer Success Manager for early expansion discussions, escalating only when necessary to Engagement Manager or Solutions. Collaboration with Solutions, Product, and Sales aligns customer needs with long-term growth opportunities by integrating product capabilities into account plans. Metrics such as expansion ARR, renewal rate, and NRR are tracked and reported to monitor account performance and guide strategic actions.
Requirements
Candidates hold three to five or more years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success with a commercial focus, or Account Executive roles, preferably in SaaS, AI, or automation environments. Demonstrated experience driving expansion or growth within existing customer accounts is required to nurture long-term value. Proven ability to run commercial conversations and negotiations ensures deals are structured and closed effectively. Comfort working alongside technical or solutions-led teams is necessary to translate product capabilities into customer value. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, including experience navigating executive relationships to influence outcomes. Thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment is expected to manage shifting priorities and complex workflows.
Nice to have
Experience working with AI, workflow automation, or API-driven products is valued for contextual account planning. Familiarity with usage-based or value-based pricing models supports discussions on flexible commercial terms. Background in mid-market or high-velocity enterprise sales motions helps adapt strategies to diverse customer profiles.
