About the role

Join the Payments team to guide segment strategy and manage the execution of high-impact initiatives. You will act as the primary link between product teams and internal or external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Serve as the main point of contact for the Payments domain across internal and external groups.
• Work daily with Product, Tech, Data, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
• Oversee the end-to-end development of strategic payment rail projects.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and optimize performance against SLAs.
• Analyze payment data to identify growth opportunities and track product performance.
• Contribute to the development of Payments OKRs and the long-term strategic roadmap.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to improve P&L and transaction volumes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or startups with a focus on payments.
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven projects across multiple functions.
• Experience managing projects and third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data extraction and insight generation.
• Strong project management skills, specifically regarding large-scale implementations.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to utilize AI tools in daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Hands-on leadership experience with EU banking payment projects.
• Experience developing payment rails.
• Background in P&L and KPI monitoring.
