Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Join the Software Logistics team within the Platform Engineering segment to build self-service tools for internal developers. You will focus on maintaining and scaling the CI/CD infrastructure that powers our cloud-native banking platform.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize the systems supporting our CI/CD operations.
• Define and execute strategies to increase deployment speed for development teams.
• Integrate security and compliance protocols directly into our pipeline offerings.
• Standardize delivery workflows to increase engineering autonomy.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of our technical practices.
• Participate in roadmap planning and priority setting for the group.
• Monitor production deployments and resolve incidents to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language, such as Go, Python, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, specifically regarding containerization, networking, and security.
• Practical experience with major cloud providers, with a preference for AWS.

Nice to have

• Background in environments with strict security and compliance requirements.
• Experience designing scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Flow or trunk-based development.
• Familiarity with integrated CI/CD platforms, particularly GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible, or Salt.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes administration, specifically within EKS environments.
